I had an experience that left me feeling quite mixed about my stay. The location is simply stunning, right by the lake with breathtaking views of the Andes, which I loved. However, the service during my visit was disappointing, especially from management, and the dining options felt quite limited. While I enjoyed the ambiance, the overall facilities and room quality didn’t quite meet my expectations for a place with such potential.
